Returns
Although we endeavour for all our customers to leave us satisfied with their purchases if something isn’t as expected please let us know. We would be happy to offer an exchange, where possible, so long as the returned products are in date, sealed and in a re-sellable condition.
Food handling
For all of our graze boxes and fresh produce boxes, platters and tables, when products are received, please keep chilled and consume within 1 day. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. Kitchen Food Company will not be help responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
Dietary requirements and allergies
Please notify us of any allergy and dietary requests when ordering with us either in the Bistro or our take-away fresh produce. Whilst we do all we can to accommodate food intolerances and allergies, we are unable to guarantee that dishes will be completely allergen-free. This is due to all of our food being made in an environment where there has been traces of allergens.
